City of Colville Vision 20/20 Strategic Plan 2016

We are undergoing development of the City's Strategic Plan, entitled Vision 20/20.  As with eyesight, 20-20 indicates vision which is clear and sharply focused.  A City strategy, likewise, should be unobstructed, well-defined and distinct.  It should articulate the Colville community's vision, values and priorities and seek to realize these desires through a set of thoughtfully laid out goals, policies and action.
